If UEM and CHEC couldn't reach consent on the obsersation platforms, why not just remove it? We don't need that, maybe 6 lanes carriageway is what we need, 4 lanes is really conservative.

Yes, what we need is only the bridge! If corrupted officials in Shanghai can get their people 3 giant bridges (few more are coming), can we at least get one?
